Annual Changeover Dinner

Published by mmalone under Uncategorized

2007/2008 has been an historic year for District 73, the toastmasters grouping that includes all the clubs in Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania and Victoria. Central Communicators member and coach Mike Helm was elected the District Governor in May 2007, the first time that a sandgroper has held the role.

During the past year, a record 15 new clubs have been created in the district. The district has also achieved distinguished status.

The change over dinner was held on Friday evening, 27 June. The event was attended by many of the district officers who have made the past year so successful, as well as Bernard Marmion, the incoming District Governor. Congratulations to all the award winners on the night.
